About Me

Organizational Effectiveness | Coaching & Leadership | Change Management

My professional Journey.

Upon graduating with my B.A. in Psychology, I found myself drawn to the counseling world and worked as a Mental Health Professional supporting the development and execution of client treatment plans. After a year in a counseling environment, I grew interested in transferring my ability to build trusting relationships and achievable objectives to a business environment where I could leverage my empathy and advocacy in a non-traditional setting. My experience as an Executive Recruiter and later as a Strategic Sourcing and Communications Consultant further prepared me for a career in Organizational Development and Change as I had hands-on experience in Talent Management, cross-team collaboration, coaching and mentoring, and project management.

My passion for psychology and aptitude for business led to my insatiable curiosity to study workplace trends further in academia. At the London School of Economics and Political Science, I supplemented my practitioner knowledge with a theoretical framework, and received my Master’s in Organizational and Social Psychology. My relevant coursework included: managing organizational change, knowing and learning in organizations, organizational culture, leadership, identity and identification at work, and decision-making in organizations.

My Personal Journey.

What I know for sure is I will never know enough. I am on a constant learning journey involving reading, traveling, and acquiring new skills. Most recent book read: Show Your Work (previously Humankind: a Hopeful History). Most recent (attempted) skill acquired: ice fishing (previously windsurfing in Corsica).

Life Mottos.

Be the person whose tombstone reads “he/she never met a stranger.”

It’s better to be wise than right.

Leftovers are for quitters.

Let’s build something great together.
